For investors
Pulse is a frontier model for Healthcare Consumer behavior.
Salubrum is building the intelligence layer for understanding and acting on healthcare decisions across the U.S. Healthcare Consumer population.
The opportunity
Healthcare consumerized. The intelligence layer underneath it didn't.
General commerce built mature, category-agnostic behavioral intelligence platforms decades ago. Healthcare has never had an equivalent, purpose-built for how Healthcare Consumers actually decide.
Healthcare decisions are consumerizing
Healthcare Consumers now research, compare, and choose care the way they choose any other major purchase, but the industry's marketing and activation infrastructure hasn't caught up to that shift.
There's no healthcare specific behavioral layer
General commerce has mature behavioral intelligence platforms. Healthcare has its own privacy constraints, decision structures, and signal types, and no comparable layer built for it.
The gap sits underneath every healthcare business
Every provider, platform, and partner trying to reach and understand Healthcare Consumers is working around this gap today, not through a purpose built model of Healthcare Consumer behavior.
What we have built
A frontier behavioral model, not a segment list
A frontier behavioral model
Pulse models 300M+ U.S. Healthcare Consumer identities, refreshed every 36 hrs.
A category-level data universe
Built on claims, consumer, household, and social determinants of health signal. Aggregate and category-level, never identifiable Healthcare Consumer records.
Four deployment paths
The same model can support guided workspaces, Salubrum-operated campaigns, embedded partner experiences, and programmatic API and MCP access.
Intelligence that spans the funnel
Pulse does not stop at audience identification. It coordinates the Healthcare Consumer journey across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
Commercial wedge
Healthcare Consumer acquisition first. Not the limit of the company.
Healthcare Consumer acquisition is the first commercial wedge — a clear, urgent job to be done that gets Pulse into a customer's hands. Everything after it reuses the same underlying model.
Healthcare Consumer acquisition
The first commercial wedge, finding and reaching the Healthcare Consumers most likely to need care.
Lifecycle growth and navigation
Retention, reengagement, and helping Healthcare Consumers navigate the next relevant care decision.
Plan, medication, and procedure decisions
Extending the same model into the other major decisions Healthcare Consumers make across a care journey.
Risk and propensity modeling
Applying the model's predictive core to risk and propensity use cases beyond acquisition.
Agent operation and embedded platforms
Becoming the grounded behavioral layer Salubrum can operate from, partners can embed, and enterprise AI systems can use.
Cross channel intelligence
Coordinating the full activation ecosystem under one continuously learning intelligence layer.

Why Pulse compounds
Every outcome makes the model better
Every prediction, activation and observed outcome becomes additional behavioral intelligence for Pulse, improving future predictions across customers, categories, channels and healthcare decisions.
Market opportunity
A large category, a narrow public summary
Healthcare Consumer acquisition alone represents a large and growing category of healthcare marketing spend, and it's the narrowest slice of what Pulse is built to address. We keep the public version of this story directional. The detailed model is part of the investor data room, available on request.

He founded the company around the belief that many of the most important healthcare decisions are shaped before Healthcare Consumers enter the formal care system. His work focuses on turning Healthcare Consumer behavioral intelligence into practical products for healthcare growth, distribution, campaign operation, and enterprise AI workflows.

Ayman leads product, engineering, and the technical development of Pulse. He oversees the systems that transform large-scale Healthcare Consumer behavioral signals into usable predictions, dashboards, APIs, and embedded workflows. His work focuses on building reliable healthcare intelligence infrastructure that can support both direct customers and enterprise platform partners.
