About Salubrum
The behavioral intelligence layer for healthcare.
We build Pulse, a frontier behavioral model of the U.S. Healthcare Consumer population — and we're expanding it into a broader healthcare-intelligence infrastructure.
How we got here
A model built from a diagnosis, not a hunch
We started by examining access, cost, and leakage
Before we built anything, we studied where Healthcare Consumers fell out of the healthcare system, where access broke down, where cost created friction, and where providers lost Healthcare Consumers they were positioned to serve.
We learned outcomes are shaped earlier than the system sees
Many healthcare outcomes are already being shaped before a Healthcare Consumer ever enters the formal care system, in the early behavioral and decision signal that precedes a visit, a search, or a referral.
We built Pulse to model those early signals
Pulse is our answer: a behavioral model of the U.S. Healthcare Consumer population, built to observe and predict the decisions that early signal is consistent with before they become visible any other way.
We commercialized first through Healthcare Consumer acquisition
Healthcare Consumer acquisition was the first place that intelligence translated directly into value for a partner, a clear, measurable job to be done, and a proving ground for the model itself.
We're expanding into broader healthcare intelligence
Healthcare Consumer acquisition is our first commercial wedge, not the limit of what we're building. The same model underlies a broader healthcare intelligence infrastructure we're building toward.
How we work
Principles that shape the model and the company
Privacy-safe by construction
We work with aggregate, privacy-safe category-level signal, never identifiable individual-level Healthcare Consumer records. Privacy isn't a policy layered on afterward; it's a constraint the model is built inside of.
Continuous, not static
A point in time dataset is stale the moment it ships. Pulse is refreshed every 36 hrs, not shipped as a periodic export.
Evidence over assertion
We say what we can support and cite where we can. We'd rather be precise than overstate what a model can responsibly predict.
One model, many interfaces
Pulse gives Salubrum one behavioral foundation across applications, integrations, partner products, and operated growth workflows.
Who's building it
A small founding team, building in the open
Salubrum is led by two co-founders working across product, go-to-market, engineering, and data science.
